When exfoliating, pay more attention to your soles and the gaps between your toes because this is where most of the dry skin accumulates. Apply the exfoliating foot cream and scrub using small circular motions. Afterwards, wash your feet in warm water and pat them dry. Remember, pat them, do not rub them dry. Scrubbing and exfoliating usually strips off our skin's natural moisture so it is important to lather good amounts of moisturizer to keep your skin from drying. If you are just about to sleep, wear some cotton socks for better moisturizer absorption.
